    We are proud to be alumni of the Climate Smart program 2011/2012 in which we completed a GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions inventory and developed strategies to reduce our GHGs. We encourage staff to participate in environmentally positive actions at work aiming for those habits to carry over to life at home.

    In a further effort to support sustainable practices, our beautiful paper napkins and many of our catalogs are printed on FSC-certified paper with post-consumer waste content.

    A percentage of the profit on the sale of our product-lines goes to Education without Borders. The objective of the foundation is to foster educational opportunities and provide educational facilities in disadvantaged regions of the world. Our chairman Rodney Benson is the co-founder.

    EMPLOYMENT Child or forced labour is unacceptable.

    WORKING CONDITIONS Factories and dormitories are safe, hygienic and comply with local fire codes.

    COMPENSATION At least the minimum wage is paid. Benefits are awarded as per local laws. Overtime is optional, and is fairly compensated. Statutory holidays are recognized.

    All partnering factories are visited regularly and either comply with or surpass these standards.
